The Triangle area is a culinarily diverse area. Being eastern North Carolina you can find the usual fare of vinegar based pork bar-b-que and seafood from our eastern shores. But did you know you can find other great fare like Sushi, French Creole and great steaks. The website author has certainly not sampled every possible eatery in the triangle area, but has tried many of them and continues to try new places.
