Raven Rock State Park is located near Lillington, NC. A fantastic spot to visit with some beautiful views of the Cape Fear River. Originally a ferry crossing, this site allowed people to cross the Cape Fear river leading from Fayetteville to Raleigh. Raven Rock State Park has several trails. The Raven Rock loop offers hikers a view of the Cape Fear river and the opportunity to take a stair case all the way to the river. Other trails include the Northington Ferry trail and the Campbell Creek loop. Raven Rock is a great park and shouldn't be missed if visiting the area.
